Heroes on the big screen

The local branch of the ASB in Chemnitz and the surrounding area is also affected by the shortage of skilled workers, employees and trainees. We were contacted to help remedy the situation. During the initial meeting, we realised just how large and important the ASB is as a social employer in the region and how many areas of activity it actually covers. The ASB not only runs retirement homes, facilities for people with disabilities and housing projects, but also manages the entire workforce in its facilities. Whether it's nursing, cleaning or kitchen staff, everything is provided by ASB. In addition, its members also work as paramedics and train people of all ages in first aid. ASB is therefore quite a big fish in Chemnitz, which the majority of Chemnitz residents are probably just as unaware of as we were. We want to change that together.

The ASB thought ahead and booked advertising space in advance, but there was no content for it yet. That's where we came in and created the ‘Bund für Leben’ (Alliance for Life) campaign to fill the empty advertising space. The posters and roadside screens show real everyday heroes and represent the diversity of the ASB's activities. The campaign is complemented by print advertisements and a landing page to measure its success. The first step towards a structural reorientation of marketing has been taken. Whether our collaboration will also be a bond for life remains to be seen.
