On 1 November 1946, the foundations were laid for Max Straube Industrierohrleitungsbau GmbH. Today, industrial plant and pipeline construction are the core competencies of this nationwide operating company.

With this in mind, we developed a recruitment campaign that highlights the appeal of the Chemnitz-based employer for prospective candidates, focusing not only on job entry but also on the long-term prospects of helping to realise the company's vision for the future. Particularly in view of the current uncertain situation, we deliberately placed the emphasis on job security and determination. The campaign motifs appeal to a broad target group, both online and in everyday analogue life via posters, city lights and various advertisements. After creating profiles on social media and providing the initial digital equipment, we continue to act as a booster. The launch in 2021 has been a success. We are already looking forward to reaching for the stars together again!
