‘Know your target audience’ is the top priority in marketing. And Revolte has totally got that down. For Volksbank Chemnitz's ‘Talentschmiede bewegt’ initiative, we ran through the scenario on all online channels. The initiative is aimed at young adults who are about to graduate from school and thus on the verge of entering a self-determined life. We know what kids are into, so we designed a target group-oriented website that was easy peasy. First came the design of a fresh logo, followed by the layout, usability and communication concept. Usability was a very important factor, and the use of social media channels was also essential, because if you can't use Facebook and Insta these days, you're pretty wack. That's why we made sure that the talent factory's website would be as lit as a forest fire.

Although social media presence was not a priority, we still included the option to subscribe to the newsletter about current events via WhatsApp. Of course, the website has also been optimised for mobile devices in this context.

Learning never stops. This is no different in marketing than it is in life.
